Thomas Albert is the owner of Stone Giant Press. He was born in 1962 in Pontiac, Illinois. He received a B.S. in biology from Culver-Stockton College, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of Louisville. He currently works as a digital imaging scientist in western New York. He lives with his wife and daughter, four cats, two parakeets, and a megalomani­acal chinchilla bent on ruling the world. The Stone of Arveqtuit is his first novel.
